Water fountain filters are really great and keep water filtered like it should.. when you take one out of the box just make sure to run it under water for a few minutes to get the particles out of the filter from manufacturing... Then that's it..

This is a great value for the replacement filters for the Cat fountain that I purchased in the past. They are easy to use and make the water great taste y filtering out chemicals and impurities for the cat. They keep the water clean and they are easy to replace and clean the fountain. They last for the period of time that they state. They are compatibilite with the fountain that I purchased. I will purchase this product again when I need to make this purchase

everything went great great and it was nice to get exactly what I needed

I wish that a better box would be used. It is both a manufacturer issue and an Amazon issue. The box is really thin. This one was even worse than previous ones. They crammed 8 filters into a very small, very flimsy box. Then Amazon ships them with really heavy items so that the box gets crushed. They are always sticking out of the box and sometimes they completely come out of the box because it gets broken open during shipping. I had to throw all of them away once because they were scattered all throughout the large box all other items were shipped in. So, I wish that the manufacturer would use a much better box. So that it would retain some quality of the product. I mean you're supposed to use them to help filter the water, but if you're starting out with a dirty product, because of shipping issues, then it's not really serving its purpose. I also wish that Amazon would stop shipping them with heavy items that crush the box. I've complained repeatedly about the shipping issues and they obviously don't care. They could at least wrap the box in bubble wrap to help protect it from damage, but, as I stated before, they obviously don't care. The filter itself is ok.

I first came across these filters with a different cat water fountain and I now use them with Vi's new water fountain as the harder square filter did not work as well for my liking, and these filters adjust to the shape and placement I use them in. I highly recommend both the seller and this product as they arrived the first time I bought some a year ago, and the seller delivers on what they promise, from speed of delivery, to the products manufacture and their own professionalism. I will definitely order these again when this supply is gone.
