I bought this leg elevation wedge pillow as an inexpensive alternative to having a bed with an adjustable base to elevate my feet. Sleeping with my legs elevated alleviates my lower back pain and helps me sleep through the night on my back, rather than tossing and turning to different positions. After using the pillow, I find I actually prefer it to an adjustable bed, since I can not only move the pillow to different parts of the bed, closer or further from my core to get different leg positions, but I can also use the pillow on the sofa as well. I'm considering buying a second pillow for myself because it fits perfectly behind my back and makes reading or working in bed more comfortable. This pillow is definitely a premium product! The foam is dense and the overall feel is comfortable yet solid. The fabric cover has a bit of grip on the bottom so it doesn't slide around and it can be easily removed for washing, which is great because my dogs like to get on everything. I'm super happy with this pillow, and so is my husband - he keeps trying to borrow mine, so I may need to buy 2 more pillows soon.
