Too minty but otherwise perfect!
I just started using these vitamins and love them! You truly can take them with or without food and not experience any issues. My only complaint is the mint tab is too strong but I just took it out.

I think they are great!
I decided to review because there are so many bad reviews for these vitamins. I love these vitamins they have really great ingredients without too many added vitamins. The peppermint flavor is nice and if you don’t enjoy it just take out the flavor pack. The main thing that I have noticed is that my nails and skin have more moisture and for any woman post menopause that is a blessing. I am about to start my second bottle which for me is a miracle bc I usually never stick with taking vitamins.

Ritual’s multivitamin
Love these vitamins. I haven’t noticed any change however has everything I need in 2 pills. it’s easy to swallow specially with the minty flavor. Have not recognize any fishy after taste. I do need to take with food and lots of water. On empty stomach makes me nauseous.

GERD sufferers do not buy. Mint triggers acid reflux. These vitamins flared my heartburn.
If you have acid reflux I do not recommend these vitamins. Why did Ritual put mint in their vitamins? Mint is an acid reflux trigger and I didn’t catch the ingredient before buying. There isn’t just a touch of mint. It’s heavy. Now I have heartburn and a frog in my throat and I have to sing tomorrow. I regret that I didn’t catch this when ordering. It’s unmistakable soon after swallowing them. Now I’m out of around $35 if I recall correctly. That’s a lot of money to throw away. It’s funny that I can eat spicy food without the burn but these vitamins give it to me right away.

Physician Approved!
I've been using these vitamins for quite a while now. I talked to my doctor about them and she said these are great vitamins and suggested I continue taking them. They're not hard for me to swallow and have a bit of a minty flavor as they go down. The price on Amazon is just slightly better than in the store. The only negative is they are on the pricey side for vitamins. But if they work and make you feel better, it's worth the few dollars more.

Capsules have a strange mint taste.
I have been taking these vitamins for two weeks. There is no noticeable difference in the way I feel or my energy levels. The first thing I noticed about these vitamins was the mint taste of the capsules themselves. I don’t care for it at all and will not purchase them again for this reason.
