I love these tweezers. There’s a locking mechanism on the side I could do without, but it could also be helpful.

Tested one of these tweezers on a loose round diamond and was able to grab the diamond and lock it with the tweezers to view it with a loupe. One out of the three tweezers had a defective slide lock that was stuck and wouldn't budge at all when I tried to unlock it. The quality/finish of these tweezers also don't look as good as the ones that jewelry stores use and it was easier to grip loose diamonds with the tweezers that the jewelry stores use. However, I've tried several different tweezers listed on Amazon and this one is the best out of the ones I've tried from Amazon listings. It worked for it's intended purpose of using it to securely hold a loose round diamond.

These were a pleasant surprise. I really ordered it to have a metal grabber. I have a plastic one that I use a lot, but wanted something sturdier. When everything arrived, I was stunned by the quality of the tweezers. I immediatly started using them as primary tools. I was surprised how handy the sliding lock is. One pair of the tweezers is easily worth the price for the whole set! Nothing wrong with the grabber, either. I am ordering another set to use when holding small delicate model parts for airbrushing. Naturally, they will get lots of paint on them, but will be super handy. I will keep my first set on my workbench.

They delivered 3 normal tweezwrs that do not have gem grooves as shown in the picture. I had a feeling it would be this cause these are the generic aed 2 tweezers you get in the market but I though since the price is high it would actually have jewelers grooves cut into them. Anyway..gneric over priced tweezers. Have pplied for return and refund...dont buy these if you are looking for jewelers tweezers...the product is falsely advertised.

I purchased the all metal straight pointed tip (pack of 3) with "jewelry tweezer precision" grip as per the product image and what do I get? This "thing" with zero grip. The tip is curved and not straight. Plastic etc. Do not buy from this supplier. Refer my image on what you get instead.
