amazon, or the seller ripped me off. was sold as having touchsreen and lit keyboard, it has neither
for a basic laptop this works well, but buyer beware i could have bought one similar to this cheaper locally without waiting for over 2 weeks. i bought it because it was a great price for the computer with touch screen and lit keyboard, but when it arrived it had neither and the dealer is not trying to make it right. i waited for this computer, not my only option is a refund, which means i have to wait for the refund, then find another computer. un acceptable the seller needs to send me the laptop i bought, touchscreen and all, then i'll return this one. that is a fair solution
