It's an excellent massage function. As a truck driver, it helps me too much. It relieves my fatigue and back pain from driving for a long time. It's not as strong as other massage pads. It's very gentle. It doesn't cause pain because it's used for too long. I use it for 1-2 hours every day after work to relax. It can make me fall asleep more quickly. It's really great to recommend it to drivers who need to drive for a long time

This massager is very strong. The side air bags do an excellent job of compressing the lat muscles. The neck and mid-back air bags are however, a little too strong for my taste. When they inflate, they actually move your neck and back forward. If you like an aggressive massage, this product is highly recommended.

This product is poorly designed for anyone who is not an average sized male. I am only 5 ft 2" tall. No matter what I did I could not get comfortable in this product. So if you are petite, do not buy this product it will not fit you properly. In addition to that, I bought it because I have a severe neck problem that affects my upper back between my shoulder blades. The compression in the neck actually pinched and caused me pain. After sitting on it for 3 minutes spasms started running down my arms. It is cumbersome and awkward to lay out. No matter what I did I could not get the top half to lay back across the top of my chair. It kept flopping forward. Which means, every time I sit in the chair I have to struggle to turn myself into awkward angles and try to get it up behind me. This just caused me even more pain and discomfort. I'm returning immediately. I suggest you take my comments to heart if you are much smaller than about 5 ft 6" and also if you have neck issues as this product will squeeze your neck and shove your head into a forward position tilting your chin down toward your chest. Perhaps it is just because I was too small.

I have arthritis in my back and neck and I’m always on my feet and using my upper body. Im a hairdresser, I work long hours standing, using back and arm muscles all day, then posting on social media (neck bent down towards the phone). I’ve had a difficult time trying to get proper rest but my body was in so much pain that I learned to stay up late to minimize waking up in pain but it didn’t do me any good. So, instead of buying a membership to get 3-5 massages a month I decided to buy this! It’s one of my best and favorite purchases! So easy to put together and use. I’m 5’6 and the neck massager adjusts to the perfect height for me. Another thing that I love about this back massager the personalization.Anyways I’ve been going to bed shortly after massaging and sleeping through the night. I never felt so recharged in such a long time. I love it.

My wife and I bought this to help de-stress after long work days. She has a job sitting in her chair all day and I work as an auto tech so, for different reasons, we find the massage helpful to loosen up our muscles at the end of the day. So far, it has been excellent in that regard and very relaxing.I am glad that I purchased this chair massager, and would recommend it to a friend.The massager has a lot of functions and moving parts but appears well built.

So this had air motion pads to massage the back. I wasent sure what I wanted but after using This I found this wasent exactly what I was looking for. I would much rather have the Kneaders rolling on the back in a seat cushion. But I do see how this can help someone in there time of need. I would recommend you try it and see if it’s good for you. As for cust serv they were amazing on taking care of replacing it with another one that worked great for me. Impressed with them.

Im a big guy (6’3 255) and on occasion get a back tightness and stiff neck from time to time. I’ve tried big box massagers(homedics, sharper, etc) and they always fall short in amenities or quality. So far this has been a pleasant surprise. It suits my size, provides a nice comfortable massage and can get really intense when I need it. I also like that it comes with the car adapter, although I wouldn’t recommend using while driving. Perfect for road-trips in the passenger seat though. All in all, looking forward to seeing how well it stands the test of time.
