I’ve been using the Bosch PBA 18V 4.0Ah PowerPlus Battery for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best upgrades if you’re using Bosch cordless tools. The biggest improvement is the runtime. Compared to smaller batteries, this 4.0Ah version lasts noticeably longer, so I can get through full jobs without constantly stopping to recharge. It also delivers strong, consistent power—even on more demanding tasks—which makes tools feel much more capable. Bosch claims up to 60% more runtime compared to smaller packs, and that definitely matches my experience. What really stands out is how compact and lightweight it is for a 4.0Ah battery. It doesn’t make tools feel bulky or unbalanced, which is a big plus when using drills or sanders for longer periods. Another huge benefit is the compatibility. This appears to be a very good upgrade from my 18V 3.0 Ah battery. It lasts much longer than I anticipated. The quality appears to be good, and it does not overheat at all. I primarily use it with my Bosch vacuum cleaner and drill set. This was a worthwhile purchase.

hehe wat een verademing, met deze lichte accu kan je heel wat langer werken dan met 2 of 2.5 Ah accu's. Minder bulky en zwaar dan de klassieke 4 Ah accu, wat nuttig is als je langer aan één stuk kan doorwerken.
