Love this! I live in in a apartment with city water. You can taste the chemicals pretty strong. Maintinance replaced my faucet sprayer with a cheap plastic thing i hated and i got the idea to just remove it and put in a drinking water tap! Worked exactly as planned. (My apartment doesnt care if we change out fittings as long as we change them back when we move). I did not have to drill a hole for this, i used one already there for the sprayer.The fitting that taps into the cold water line worked great. You do have to make sure to tighten all the pieces until nothing wiggles (i had a leak on first try, but very easy to just tighten everything up). I didnt need the teflon tape.The sticker to help mount the filters worked great. It was hard to drill into the cabinet, but the back wall was too small so i made it work. The tubes push into the filter super easy and were snug right away.You do need some tools, but i think anyone can figure this out if there is already a hole to use and you are good at assembling things. I would be nervous to drill a hole in my counter or sink, but luckily didnt need to.The water tastes great! I let it run for 5 minutes as suggested and then tasted it. There is a significant difference between the direct faucet water and the filtered water. Way better and so worth it.Changing the filters looks easy, but i dont see any sensors to tell me when to change them. Maybe just by taste? Or time? Will have to research that.

Very Simple design and simple to set up. As far as the filters go it’s really just plug and go. It uses quick connect/ connections to get the job done. If you you have a soap hole dispenser in your sink or counter top this job will take you under 30 mins to install. If not there is a template included to drill a hole. So far so good with this filter set up.

This does not compare to an rodi unit but its not suppose to. I have this hooked up in my bathroom and it helps with the hard water we have here in tennessee. I am very happy with this product and have recommended it to my friends as a cheaper alternative in water filtering.
