Of the 4 waist trainer/ abdominal support items I have purchased over the last year, this one is by far the most comfortable. I can wear it allll day and not feel like I need to crawl out of my skin. I can exercise in it, get in and out of the car comfortably, wear it over or under clothes (although I don't like it right next to my skin) and even sleep in it. You will sweat, but the quality of the material does not hold odor. It's stretchable, and easy to put on but holds you in snuggly giving amazing support while recovering from abdominal surgery. It works better than the other 4 options I've tried since leaving the hospital.

This is AMAZING! Holds all my flabby bits in while offering wonderful support for your back. This helps with posture which in turn helps my back pain. There are a couple things you should know before you order just FYI and as to not make the same sizing mistake I did. 1) This is true to the sizing guide. I'm not sure if the material is different on the different color trainers but when I tell you not to size down I mean it! I made the mistake of reading reviews thar stated to buy a size small for my height and weight even though the guide said a large. Guess what, the small was so small when it arrived it wouldn't even come close to wrapping around me! I sent that back, got the large and presto, perfect fit! The trainer I purchased is the grey/black. I'm 5'0 and around 140-145 lbs. I'm quite busty and we'll say "mature" in age. This smooths all the things out and keeps them from spilling over where they should not. It also lifts the girls to a place they have not been in a while which is a bonus 😉 2) It does smell but not so much so that you can smell it while wearing. I'm sure that will fade over time. With this material it really can't be helped I don't think. 3) Prepare to sweat! This thing definitely makes you do so even when just standing still. I took my mile lunch walk today and definitely felt the burn! If you're on the fence I say just go for it! At this price point you can't go wrong! I'll be buying another so I can alternate and not have to wash daily. Great product!

So I just got this iteam on Monday an omg omg omg at first my 5 year old daughter have to help me zip it was so funny so after that was not tight or nothing soo now 3 days later I’m already on second line on button n my stoma already looking flat I don’t feel hungry I feel amazing haven’t had any back pain nor bloating or nothing. I love it

I LOVE AMAZON PRIME. MY PRODUCTS CAME SO FAST. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED BUT I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
