These smell great, and look great. The only down-side is they burn pretty quick. Another review said they got 5 hours out of one candle, I find that mine burned much more quickly than that. This could be because they aren't solid. I like them a lot, but I will have to use them sparingly.

I loved these candles. They are very pretty, burn well and smell good. I docked one star because they had a bit of a chemical smell when I first opened them and they are not very long burning. About 2 1/2 hours.

These are very nice rolled tapers made of pure beeswax. The candles burn very cleanly with very little smoke and absolutely no soot. I found them to burn relatively quickly and more or less completely with no remaining detritus. They're a bit expensive but are a nice product.

I decided to get beeswax candles instead of paraffin given the concerns about toxins. If you like handcrafted things or stuff with character, than you are going to love these candles.The hand rolled aspect of them give a very unique and old world feel to them. They are perfectly durable and well constructed, and fit our standard candle stick holders from Crate and Barrel. They are the perfect height, not short at all and not too tall.These beeswax candles very obviously burn longer than my previous paraffin candles (which I had purchased in a big box from Ikea). The scent is not very strong but very very light - nothing special to note about that.I think the price was right, even though they look like something that would be sold at twice the price (especially here in Manhattan), and I would purchase these candles again once I run out. If anything, they make fabulous conversation pieces and one can feel good about supporting small business and the environment.

That they're rolled from thin pressed sheets of beeswax means a few things -- that they aren't uniform in circumference and that there's a lot of spaces between the rolls so that you aren't getting very much actual wax. They're light as a feather and burn quickly. I can't say that they make economical sense because I don't know much about the market for solid beeswax candles, but for $30 you aren't getting very much here. I also didn't experience a smell of honey other reviewers reported. I'm personally not going to buy anymore of this brand or this method of candle making. Added one star because they're at least made in the US.

There are so many reasons to switch to beeswax candles - clean-burning, no mess and no drip, lovely smell, and all natural. And these are the perfect size for a standard brass chamber candlestick holder (the kind with the finger loop). I've ordered two sets of these candles already and I will keep coming back for more whenever I'm down to my last 3 or 4. I burn a lot of candles during the cold, dark New England Fall and Winter and having a bright, clean, natural source of candlelight is essential to making a cozy home.I can't imagine buying any other brand after trying these. As soon as I open the package this lovely sweet smell knocks my socks off - a testament to the quality of the beeswax used.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Attractive. Inexpensive. Burned without dripping or smoke. However, no clean or fresh scent. Certainly not honey-like in any sense. In fact they smelled sort of stale and funky. Would not reorder. Purchased these based on other "glowing"reviews.

These beeswax candles are fantastic! They're beautifully textured and have a delicious light honey scent to them! The one downside is they do burn a little bit fast, but they're so reasonably priced that it's entirely ok. They're natural, better for the environment, better for your health than burning petroleum based candles, they smell good, and I imagine they help support a few small businesses...and they fit into my candle holders better than any other candles that I've used. Oh yes, and they're drip less too! Simply put, they're the best 8" tapered candles I've found online! Buy some, my guess is you'll enjoy them too!
