I purchased this twice from amazon and the product is way to thick - and doesn't spray. It is not mist. Has this been fixed?

Sadly not in the ones we’ve purchased as yet. I think they used the wrong type of pump on this product, it is too thick for the spray: my son & I use it, but we just twist off the top now & use a little directly from the bottle. I have a small pump from another leave-in conditioner that I’ll fill with this product once that one is used up. The product itself is amazing & works so well for both of us (his hair is super long, thick & wavy while mine is shorter but also thick & extremely curly, the product doesn’t have a nasty or potent scent & we both love it & the gel!) so we deal with it & make do.

I asked a question below - and would like to get sent a new sprayer because the two I purchased don't work! How do I go about requesting that?

Maybe find a beauty supply store may have size you need or would be able to give direction on how to fix it. May need to pour product into different bottle that works. The product is kinda thick and maybe a pump bottle would work better then sprayer.

Endlich mal ein pflegendes Produkt, das hält, was es verspricht

Keine Ahnung, warum dieses Produkt nur für Kinder angepriesen wird. Gesucht habe ich gezielt nach einem "Haarentwirrer". Angezeigt wurde mir ausschließlich nur dieses Produkt - allerdings für Kinder. Egal, was für Kinder gut ist, muss auch für mich gut sein. Ich habe lange blonde Haare, die leicht verwursteln und ich habe nach dem Haarewaschen so meine Probleme, dieses Gestrüpp durchzubürsten, ohne mir die Haare abzureißen bzw. abzubrechen. Dieses Zeug ist wirklich gut!! Es ist wie Balsam, das das Haar weich und gut kämmbar macht, ohne überflüssigen Chemiekram. Ich hatte vorher schon ALLES mögliche probiert, aber nur dieses Produkt hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!!
