What is biggest difference between this and complete tissue and bone ?

The joint formula is calcium based to support joint health. Complete tissue and bone helps with cleansing and nutrients to help support healthy tissue and bone. Both products would work well together

How long does the bottle last? (How many a day?)

Depends on how you take them. If you have never taken herbs before start off with one a day, even though the recommendation is to take 2 to see how your body respond to the herbs. One capsule a day the bottle will last 100 days. Two capsule a day will last 50 days. I got excellent results by taking one capsule a day, after 10 days I was pain free of knee joint pain.

is this supplement free of gluten, yeast, eggs and soy?

Yes! The ingredients are all herbs and the capsules are plant derived, NO FILLER or ADDITIVES or CHEMICALS.
