This one's a no-go
Sold as a 512gb, came w/ C: and D: partitioned. Dell TS says only way to have a 512gb C: is to completely reload the entire OS meaning you lose everything you spent two days setting up. PrtScn does not work. Del TS told me that Win 10 does not support PrtScn. That's funny, my two previous W10 laptops did support. The fingerprint thing works 1 time out of 4, usually forcing you to enter a pin. When it turns the screen off, it doesn't wake with a touchpad touch, you have use the fingerprint. My old laptop woke up as soon as I dragged my finger across the touchpad. I cannot seem to speed up the scroll rate using touchpad It takes four of five upswipes to get the next screen. It does have a nice large right hand shift key.

Bios issue on startup
Just powered on the new one and it says Bios corrupt and starts to fix it

Defective Product!
The laptop computer you send was Defective, so why would you charge me a $145 restocking fee, when the only reason I sent it back was it didn't work! Do the math sending customers defective products then charging them a restocking fee makes the company money.
