I believe vit K 1 and 2 are needed for our health and even though I read it this fight him at eight for iamb not 100% sure how good it is because I don't have a lab to test it, but hope it prevents plaqu ebuild up in arteries and stenghthens bones

The reason I go this product is due to some studies showing that K2 MK4 and MK7 help transport calcium away from arteries and into bones. I assume this product is what it says it is. It is a good cost per amount compared to what else I could find.

Loving this product. Since I’ve started taking it, I feel way better. Combined with magnesium to help shuttle that calcium around, blood pressure is WAY down now.
