Opened Bottle?
The bottle may have been previously opened. The cap was difficult to remove because product was on the threads of the screw top bottle. There was also no sealer beneath the cap on the bottle. The fill level was possibly slightly low, but I had need for the Medium right away so I decided to keep it. Otherwise the product itself performed well.
