I’ve been using this HiTeax stainless steel tea infuser every morning, and it’s brilliant. The fine mesh keeps all the leaves in while letting the flavor come through perfectly. I love the sturdy folding handles—they make it easy to place and remove from my mug without any mess. The lid doubles as a drip tray, which is really handy, and it’s dishwasher safe for quick cleanup. A simple tool that makes my tea routine so much nicer!

Well made and perfect for making proper tea, not bags, plus easier than having to make a pot of tea especially when you live on your own. For tea bags it's it is easier and cleaner than having to fish out the rea bag from the cup.

I've been using it for over a year and it works very well for holding lose tea leaves. The size fits inside an average mug with room to lift it out/ move around with the handles it provided. You can definitely cover this with a lid on top of the mug and it'll be just fine. I even brew some tea by blending different tea leaves and using a small pot on the hob to bring it to heat. The stainless steel really helps with it - I have place it inside the pot and the bottom didn't melt/ changes shape.

I purchased this because I bought some herbal teabags & they all stuck together, ripping apart when I tried to separate them. I didn't want to waste the tea by throwing it away, so I bought this. I've deducted a star because the herbal tea is very fine & it manages to get through the holes, so I've had to purchase some coffee filter paper to line the strainer, which kinda defeats the purpose of the strainer. It would've been helpful to include a drip tray to stand it on when it's finished brewing & is ready to be removed from the teacup. I may try to use it to brew coffee grounds too, with filter papers. It's easy to clean. And it folds up neatly for storage. It's also the perfect size for my glass mugs for herbal tea.

This tea infuser has just arrived. You can tell just by handling it, that it is of good quality and will last a fair time. I like that the straining basket is stiff - it's not a wire mesh like some other infusers. It sits perfectly on top of a mug - it this is how you brew your tea of choice. Lapsang souchong - here we come :-)

What's not to like. Does the job in cup or small kettle, Easy to clean. No tea leaves escape. good design.

These are good tea infusers. Very handy for making single cups of tea, nice little lid to keep it hot whilst brewing and then use it to place the infuser on once the tea is made. I much prefer tea made with loose leaves than with teabags and it’s much more healthy. Good quality and I’m pleased with purchase.
