Great For Microwave
These silicon mats do what they suppose to do. Here's my thoughts...Pros:* Use this instead of plastic wrap to cover bowls of food in MW* After above use you can remove it by hand; very warm but hot* Also use to cover various things* Cleans easilyCons:* None so far

Good for Meringue
Since I just received these, I can't comment on their durability. But I used them for meringue, which can be tricky, and they worked well.

Really works well!
I use these in my AirFryer to protect the bottom when I remove the crisper tray and use my grill mate to cook on. They don’t interfere with the heat transfer from the basket to the grill mate. Easy to clean.

Why use parchment paper?
For loaves that fit in a combo cooker, these are excellent. No need for parchment paper or parchment rounds. Very easy to clean.
