Drawer Add-On for Painting Stations

Super nice painting station

I bought the whole set. My husband saw the painting station and had it on his Christmas list. When I was looking at the painting station, I saw these drawers to add to it and the light. I bought all 3 for him for Christmas. He is an avid miniature painter and he loves that everything he needs for his current project can be stored on the painting station and in the drawers. I love that the addition of the drawers on the bottom gives him a more substantial "desk" to use. He can easily pick it up and carry it from room to room if he needs to move. I also love that there are videos to help with the assembly. Great product!

The little drawers are a great place to store additional related material. I used one to hold clippers and hand tools to trim spurs and burs. I used the other one to hold the models that are next in queue for painting. Lifting the surface up also helped move the part closer to me when not using a handheld base or hands-free clips. This reduced how much I had to bend or how low I had to set my chair.The knobs came in handy while I was gluing up some models to their respective bases, as a few of them were toppling. I slid the base under the knob and supported the figure by leaning it against the knob while the glue on the base dried.

Recommended tools for assembly, wood glue, wet cloths or paper towels to wipe excess glue and a lot of patience. Good thing I've been working with wood the last 15 years on a daily basis, otherwise this would have been a very touchy thing to put together. All in all pretty sweet once it's together. Instructions included depending on what part of the kit you ordered could be a little bit clearer but it's not too hard to figure out. Also the top is not white as in the pictures, I'm guessing that was painted.

Package came in but was missing the knobs. After a quick email to the company they sent the knobs within the next day. Beat customer service I have ever had.Very cool attachment to their paint station. Looks great and is exactly what I wanted.10/10

Sturdy materials and worth the cost when compared to 'name brand' items (better quality materials and easier construction in my opinion). These are a great addition to any wargamer's collection of accessories. Comparable in cost but a better quality with a full line of racks, drawer add-ons, and paint stations. If you want a good set up for your hobby, this is it.

The optional drawers for the Paint Station is a must have! I also purchased the optional light as well. Everything assembled easily and works as described. Purchase with confidence!
