For the first time since purchasing my HP Photosmart D7160 color printer, I opted to try non-HP printer cartridges. The OEM have become entirely too expensive. My other option was to discontinue utilizing the color printer except for photographs or important documents and go back to monochrome.After reviewing the mixed but overall positive reviews for Inkwor@ products, I went with this combo pack. I received the order promptly but the first two cartridges of a single color were not recognized by the printer. A quick email to the vendor through Amazon resulted in a very prompt response with simple instructions to turn off the power, replace all the cartridges and power back up, with a pledge to replace any defective cartridges promptly. The instructions were sufficient to resolve the issue and the test print was fine. This is a responsible vendor who backed their product completely and provided excellent customer service. If all the cartridges continue to perform well, I will make additional purchases from this vendor. So 4 stars until then. I'm glad to have both options back on my home wireless network.

These products work well compared to more expensive alternatives or originals however out of the 20 pack I had a couple not work at all. I am happy with the product for the most part but 2 of the 20 failing wasn't a good thing. The price difference was significant so I give it a good rating. The quality of the packaging isn't great but the performance of the 18 that worked was just as good as other alternatives. I didn't it remember how to nor did I think it was worth my time to return 2 bad cartridges...maybe I should have...but the performance overall and the quality of those that performed was worth the price. I recommend but keep your receipt in case you have to return a couple. Otherwise, good performance at a good price.

I recently purchased my printer second hand after losing my 15 year old one to lightening. I have had the cartridges long enough to install them and print one page. All I can say right now is that it prints faster and nicer than my old one and the cartridges are very easy to install. I did run into the "expired" black cartridge that you will see in one of the other comments. I have not contacted the seller, all I did was to override the warning. I don't do a lot of printing. If each set lasts more than a couple of months I would say good job and send me another box. This price is a far cry better than the HP ones that I found at 11.99 each.

I bought this ink for my HP C6180 printer that uses HP 02 ink. I was sick and tired of spending $40 or $50 at Walmart for Ink for my printer. Found this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. The HP printer immediately recognized it and is working great. For $20 (after shipping cost) for 3 sets, so far I have no complaints. I'll update this review if things change, but I love it. Keep your prices like this and I will keep buying it.

Great value works in my HP printer only com is my print does not seem to tell me when when ink runs out just reads as still being full. Small price to pay for good cheap ink IMO

I've used 3 of these cartridges already, and the first two were fine. Then I used a black cartridge. The printer wouldn't recognize it. So I took it out, then put it back in, figuring I must have installed it wrong, maybe not tight enough, I wasn't sure. That seemed to take care of the problem.About a week later, I noticed a drop of ink by the corner of the printer. I lifted it up and found a pool of semi-coagulated gook under my printer. The printer stand is ruined, not that it was a great piece of furniture, but I wasn't expecting the cartridge to ruin it either. I've attached a photo that shows how much ink has leaked out of the cartridge.Worse than the leak, which I discovered about two weeks ago, today the printer stopped printing properly. Black characters break up on the paper, and are streaked, dark, light, totally unusable as printed handouts. Figuring the black cartridge was the problem, I put in a new black cartridge, ran a head cleaning procedure, and did a test print which looked okay, although not up to the quality level the printer usually gives.I don't know that the ink cartridge ruined the printer, that sounds like a far fetched claim that Hewlett Packard would make to scare you into buying their ink brand, but it is quite a coincidence that the printer has become un-useable after trying these cartridges.I was thrilled when I saved all that money on the cartridges. Now I'm pretty aggravated that I'll be buying a new printer. It's hard to complain to the seller because all they'll do is replace or refund the cartridges, but this is one time that I'm not happy with my Amazon purchase.

How can you beat this! I went to Staples to just get one cartridge the stupid HP printer said was expired but still had ink and printer wouldn't work until it was replaced. The only way you could buy that color cartridge was in a 3 pack of various colors for $60 bucks from Staples, I went back to Staples and showed them. So far all cartridges working just fine.

These compatible ink cartridges work as expected. Only swapped out 2 of the 20 ink pack cartridges so far but have had absolutely no problems. I'm not normally a fan of buying refilled or compatible ink cartridges but I may now have to renew my faith and at the same time save some money buying OEM. Price was competitive and shipped to my house in no time.
