I have had many laptops over the years but I specifically wanted something for gaming this time around. I am generally a console gamer, but as an active duty sailor I wanted something that was portable that had premium quality aesthetics and would stand the test of time for a few years. I dove deep into the technical workings of laptop gaming and spent countless hours trying to figure out what would be ideal for what I was looking for. I even told myself I wasn’t getting a Dell, but look what happened…I got a dell. And I have absolutely zero regrets. The GPUs responsiveness and the gorgeous effects from the RTX 3070 are just top notch. I couldn’t recommend it anymore.

Super fine and fast gaming machine

Where do I start? From day one after going through the typical BS updating setting things to the way I like things all the jazz. This pc has froze on me over a dozen times in 6 days. Literally can be anything looking through photos? Crash force shut down. Trying to edit videos? Crash force shut down. Trying to watch YouTube? Crash force shut down. Alienware command center updating? Crash force shut down. This thing is louder then a fighter jet taking off on the run way. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a 2000 dollar paper weight. Alienware claims they are the top in the industry what a joke of a claim that is. I wouldn’t recommend to is laptop to my worse enemy my iPhone 12 can process faster then this thing and it DOES NOT CRASH this thing is going back first thing tomorrow morning. Do your self a favor and get the newest iPad which can do everything this thing does but better absolutely unacceptableEDIT******Although everything I said previous was true but I believe I found the issue. After hours of research I noticed a reoccurring theme the alien ware command center I believe is what was causing all the issues I was having. I did a fresh reinstall of windows and did NOT reinstall the AWCC and since then I have not had any issues knock on wood. Honestly it’s a shame because the AWCC actually has very many cool features but if it’s going cause the rest of the applications I use to malfunction I will delete it 10/10 times. For such an expensive laptop by a company who claims to be the best In the industry the fact they can’t make an app that works as it’s suppose to is enough to make me not buy Alienware again. I will say this if you buy this laptop getting a cooling pad is essential. ALSO I will say I have downloaded WOW and it runs it flawlessly and it looks amazing. My only complaint is with the AWCC but this is a solid gaming laptop IMO for the price.

PC boots up in under a minute, Nvidia 3070 so it can run any modern game with ease, just remember it is a laptop so it doesn't have the best ventilation, it will run hot; Nvidia control so you can limit fps and check status of graphics card.Bit on the expensive side so you should shop around and see if it's worth getting, but overall I'm happy with this laptop.

Fantastic laptop no issues playing anything ultra settings with ray tracing enabled thermals are very good compared to others I've read on it 70c max for Temps is what I've been getting I switched from a predator triton 500 rtx 2080 maxq to this and so far very pleased with the purchase

I bought this product about 2 years ago. The keyboard did not work once and I ordered a new keyboard. That keyboard broke and I wanted to order another new keyboard. They say they can't provide a new keyboard for about a year. I can't believe it. It's an expensive laptop and Dell can't provide a keyboard. What should I do now? I've been using my laptop with an external keyboard for a year. This is a terrible situation. I've been talking to customer service and they say there hasn't been a new keyboard for a year. I definitely don't recommend buying this laptop. The product is good but there is no spare part supply! Don't buy it. If anyone wants to buy from me, I will sell it as second hand immediately. The place is America.DELL Customer service just says I can't help and I'm sorry.. Very bad..I will NEVER BUY DELL products from now on.I regret it.

Love the keyboard, and the graphics are geat to run games on higher quality. Only 1 downside if you use it on your lap then use something so not to cover the fan input or it will get hot.

Great quality for a gaming laptop. Prime day price was worth it.
