Does it make yoy loose weight

Firstly, this protein is NOT a meal replacement. It's a protein supplement. They are not the same thing. So, all of you that called it such, you're wrong. The package even states that it's not to be used as a meal replacement. You made you gain weight. Only you can make you lose weight! Protein has the highest thermic value of any of the macronutrients. This makes lean protein a good addition to any weight loss program. This is a great protein for athletic endeavors, but not the best for weight loss. That's due in part to the fact that some of the protein fractions are already partially predigested (hydrolyzed). That means that water is used to break some of the peptide bonds, making shorter peptide lengths.

Hello, The nutrition facts state 90mg of sodium per serving.

How does this help you to gain weight?

I don't know, but I do know that my husband who is on dyalsis was recommended by a dr, to take this and it is great for protein. He puts it in his oatmeal every morning.
