Works very well for its intended purpose.
I have a newer laptop on a stand and these adapters work amazingly well to reduce the USB wire footprint showing on my laptop. Great idea to sell two, wish they gave us the option of buying two of the same type with the same orientation, but I only needed one for my current set-up.

Elbows the USB connection to the side!
Great for tight spaces such as on the plane. very handy and sturdy. once in place, you can leave it be, and as an added benefit, it lifts the side of the laptop by about 1/4 of an inch, which helps to cool the laptop while in the carrying bag or backpack!

Functioned OK. Please note, the extension will point down, not up when used. I needed the one point up.

USB connectors
Used these to plug in a camera on an electrical board with a cover that was too close to get a typical USB cable plugged in. This made that depth just small enough that I could close the cover. It stays in place well, no wiggle or anything. Doesn't cause any issues with connecting to the camera.

Perfect
As advertised. Used on adjustable bed base that has usb ports but ports for the right base are in middle of the two bases pushed up against each other making sticking a usb cord into too tight of a space. This converted the outlet 90 degrees allowing plugging in a usb cord into the center base outlet and the two bases could be moved together.

Pretty good purchase, you get one of each up/down USB extension so you are covered either ways.
