Q: im 5'4 and 190lbs what size woulld fit good?

It honestly depends what kind of shape you have. I weigh about the same as you; I have a flat stomach w 47in hips and bubble butt. Bust is 36. I'm taller, however, at 5'8" so my weight may carry a little differently from you. I got the Large and it fit like a medium. Hugs you in all the right places. If I would have done the XL it would have had a looser fit which is not really the point of this garment. If you have any lumps bumps or rolls, go a little bigger to camouflage it better. Unless you plan to wear a slimming garment under it. But even then, depending on the slimming garment you use, would still want to go slightly larger to camouflage any boning on the garment so that it looks smoother on. My verdict is that if you weigh 190 - 200lbs , get the large, assuming no garment will be used. Less than that, go medium. If you weigh well over 200, like 215 or more, go with X-Large. In other words, go up a size from what you normally wear. This last part is for ANYONE reading this.

What ever your regular size is it forms to your body. Pay close attention to length size. It was the perfect length for me and I am 5’9.
