I tried the recipes and found that there are missing ingredients that make the shampoos suds and clean hair. The recipes given leave your hair feeling like glue. NOT a good source for doing the task yourself. Will look further for a book that has recipes that work. Not happy with this book and feel that in all honesty, I must rate it as horrid.
