The screen stopped working after one use.Update: I reached out to the company and their customer service has been excellent! They have worked with me to try to reset the machine and even are sending me a new machine! Definitely recommend buying from them because you can’t beat good customer service!

Client and employee both got electrical shock from the cavitation wand.
Product worked perfectly until both the client and technician both got shocked while using the cavitation wand.. it do not happen with any of the other attachments. I am 30 days past the return policy.
