This painting is okay, but it looks different than the painting pictured. It looks like it was painted by a much less experienced painter than the one that did the original. The original has multiple colors blended through out the painting, it looks like the horses are running through a mystical smoke of some kind, and like they are wild horses with their manes blowing like colored fire. It looked almost like a watercolor painting instead of oil.The difference between the original and the one I received is most obvious on the right side of the painting. The lightest colored horse mane is not wild looking at all and the canvas in front of the horse does not have the same smokey look and multicolored blending. There is just a rubbed in gray spot and a splotch of pink. All of the horses are missing the paint blending on the faces and body of the white and teal. The horse on the left in my painting has a giant eye, which makes it the first thing you notice on the picture. On my painting all of the horses are basically one color on their body, with the manes having most of the color variations. The whole canvas is definitely missing the multicolored smokey blending of the teal/white/burnt orange throughout the picture, which is what made me want to buy it.I wouldn't mind if the colors were a little different, which I expected from a repainting of an original, if it had at least had the same smokey look to it.I have to say waiting four weeks to receive this painting that is so different from the original is disappointing.

This picture was painted on canvas in China and shipped to the US, so it took over 3 weeks to receive. It is gorgeous! The colors are vibrant and it looks like a unique piece of art. The horses look like they are in motion. The artist captured their spirit.This canvas painting arrives unframed. It was rolled up and packaged properly. My husband is handy and made a frame to stretch the canvas over, but it can be done professionally. This picture would also look great in a regular frame with glass.
