My scones are now the right size and baked perfectly!
It worked better than I expected. I just started making scones on a regular basis and was not using a scone form and had issues with them being too big or too small, which impacted cooking time. I now can ensure they are cooked perfectly every time. It was super easy to clean (just like ANY Silpat, actually). Highly recommend it if you have issues like I do with making a right-sized scones!

So much better than metal or stoneware pans
I have slowly been replacing my beat up metal cupcake and cake pans with these Silpat versions. They are light, easy to store, and dishwasher safe. Best of all, nothing sticks to them, even without oil or butter before baking. It's easy to pop out the baked goods, too! Will be buying more of these as they offer so many shapes. My kids will be fighting over these when I'm gone.

Love it and it's cool
I love the individual lines so it makes it easier to cut equal portions. Very expensive but worth it.
