Good product
This is a good product and has enabled us to meet family outdoors safely during the pandemic. Delivery was very quick. It was quite difficult to put up requiring the strength and skill of at least 2 adults. The instructions were difficult to understand in places.

Installation instructions are terrible
This seems to be a good product but I don’t know for definite as I haven’t been able to put it up. The installation instructions are really hard to follow and there is no simple video to advise how to do it step by step. Added to this, 2 of the nuts seem to be on the wrong thread and are impossible to tighten or loosen. Also, there are only 2 brackets supplied to attach to the wall when I feel that there should be at least 3 due to the weight of the product. If you are planning on installing this yourself, I would think carefully before purchasing
