A friend recommended I purchase this as a replacement for a glass of wine. Not only is it relaxing but I find it helps with stress, sleep and motility (if you catch my drift). I mix with water and it blends well. Add a splash of cherry juice to kick it up a few notches! My favorite is drinking it warm right before bed. Delicious alcohol alternative.

I mix this with some tart cherry juice, lime juice and sparkling water at night before bed. Tastes good and helps me relax before bed time.

I drink this mix hot before going to bed. It always relaxes me and helps me unwind. I use about half of the recommended scoop because it's a little too sweet for me but overall the taste is great!

I like this complex of Magnesium instead of the straight Magnesium I was taking. This is easy to use and tastes great too
