This seller sold me a great phone, everything is good and the camera?.. . You can take a picture of the moon, How outrageous is that ???You have to get one of these

I got the phone earlier than expected I was a bit concerned when I received. As it is renewed I was expecting generic seals on the box but the 2 tapes and plastic seal were all cut, battery was completely dead and when I plugged it, it doesn't look that it was charging (o don't have 45w) charger yet. Anyway the phone looks like it's never been used. 0 scratches or damage. So far so good but it's been only a couple of days. My sim card is at&t MX, this one was at&t USA and I thought those are compatible, lesson learned, they are not. Was not easy not att MX and not att USA could helped me but a friend figured out how to request the unlock and they approved

Great purchase. Will buy again. No scratches. Does not have a memory/ SD slot . Will not function if you have a lot of photos . But Great over all. Battery life is excellent. Looks brand new

Phone works perfectly. I waited to do this review because I was skeptical on buying electronics that weren't brand new. (There are a lot of dishonest people out there.) Luckily I was pleasantly delivered a perfectly working phone that does exactly what the manufacturer says it does. The picture quality is impressive. The screen is crystal clear. I do not like the curved edges as it makes exiting some things a challenge. DO NOT USE A SCREEN PROTECTOR IF YOU WANT THE FINGERPRINT READER TO WORK! Also keep screen clean for best results with fingerprint scanner. The battery lasts all day for minimum use, as I am a mechanic and have computers at work. This seems to me to be an honest seller delivering a quality product. Save some money and give them a shot.

It wasn't compatible with Att.

Ordered 2 S22 Ultras both specifying for use on At&t from 2 different sellers. Thankfully the one for my daughter works great and showed up with only one tiny visible scratch by the USB C port. Both were rated "Excellent" but mine had many visible scratches from its previous case. This one was for me BTW and I shrugged off the imperfections because I always use a case. The issue, apparently known by att is with the S22 Ultra outta the box new. Samsung had been notified and tried to address it but apparently SOME S22 Ultras just WON'T work with an att SIM, either physical or E-SIM. We know this after spending most of Dec 26th in my local att store and on the phone with a level 2 tech trying to make it work. Talking from 10am until 6pm. Unfortunately they were unable to connect my phone. I'm bummed, on Christmas day after somehow locking my SIM card (locked OFF, couldn't connect in any way to att, wouldn't work in the phone I'd been using because of this as well) when I put it in my new phone. I still went through the process of transferring and setting up this gorgeous device (coming from an A15 this phone is fantastic). Loved it before I realized it was one of the stricken devices where my daughters works just fine. THIS IS NOT IN ANY WAY THE FAULT OF THE SHIPPER. My experience with them has been GREAT. Received the phone in 2 days the week before Christmas! How can they even do that??!. So I couldn't be happier with them and would absolutely use them again. Att even said the phone is legit on their end, the SIM just doesn't work for att. As far as the blemishes, I just got one from either end of excellent I guess. :) Order a S22 Ultra from these folks, just maybe not if you're on att. Oh and ALREADY HAD a nice, glass screen protector installed which is a PITA for me and the curved screens so that was awesome, AND the reader worked great with it.

Phone is exactly as described. 512 gigs of memory. 12 gigs of ram. Works well when editing videos. Phone was in perfect condition, except for one minor scratch on the corner. Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. I've always bought refurbished phones. Never had a problem.

Full disclaimer, I have only just opened the packaging (which was packaged very nice, bubble wrap envelope for the device itself and then a piece of with larger style bubbles bubble wrap, included was the phone, brand new charger/cord) sealed with a piece of tape around the entire box. I have only taken a look at the device so far and won't be using it until my case comes tomorrow but it is in excellent condition!! There is one tiny small scratch by the charging port, it is of no concern whatsoever and at the back around the cameras there is some light scuffs again nothing that concerns me at all. I did test my sim card as I do have a provider that has caused issues when switching devices in the past. This was not the issue and worked perfectly! I have not went and looked to make sure that the device has been tampered with but I will do that tomorrow after I put my screen protector and case on the device. I don't think there will be any issues and if I don't come back on here then everything is perfect and I am more than pleased with this purchase from these guys! Thanks for being honest and legitimate! I will buy again in a heart beat from these guys!
