You want to gain weight.. Just for it. It Tastes amazing with cold milk, juice, milkshakes. Very effective for weight gain. Remember.. Company says to use a scoop which available in container. But it is a very big scoop (160 gram) and company says u need to take 3 scoops per day. However No need to consume that much amout of powder. You can take two spoon (35 gram scoop-available at Dmart) in a day. Morning & night. You will find results in 10 days. Dont forget to take it at night. It digest well overnight. I used one scoop (35 gram scoop) a day for 1 month, i gained 3 kg of weight. So go slow and steady. U will get reults.

I purchased it by seeing the review section saying good about it. But it personally it was just a waste of money i only gained barely 1-2 kg in 2-3 month. Its worst type of mass gainer 🤢

1. Yeah it tastes good but effectiveness depends of the consistency and the amount u use with other solvent like 🥛

Very good product, used after regular 2 hours work out & gained 3kg in 2 months. I tried other products as well earlier no results & But GNC has no side effects like stomach problems/ diaehera or gasteric issues. Double chocolate taste is very good , but vanilla taste awful like cough syrup.
