No, they do not. I will say they are not very well made at the waist band and come apart. I do not recommend.

Q: What size would you recommend if your pants are size 16?

I wear 12 to 14 size pants and I bought large. They are a perfect fit! I would say XL maybe? I will add these are the most comfortable panties I've had in a long while! I love the way they come up high on the waist so that even if my pants slide down a bit when I sit or bend the panties stay in place.

Q: I see two different style knit on the tummy area. Does this mean they are seamed, or is it a change in knit?

Mine are seamless. It's a waist extension but no annoying seams to irritate
