I really enjoy this product for my head aches and early symptoms of a migraine. I found that it helps make my head feel cool and the scent is pleasant and helps with my nausea. I don’t think this product works its best once a migraine has set in but that’s what I intended it for as I already have a routine for managing my migraines. I wanted to try a new product and again found this works really well. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin either so big plus!

Let me begin by explaining that I think Amazon knows more about us than we realize, or they just mistakenly sent me a package that ended up keeping me out of the emergency room. I originally got this in the mail, from Amazon, not having ordered it. I don’t know if it was given to me as a gift. It had no mailing slip in the envelope, nothing. Just the product itself, and no communication indicating it was given to me for review, and no order history of it online, and thus no option to review. That kind of freaked me out. But Amazon did me right with this, because now I’m keeping one in my bedroom, my partner’s bedroom, my purse, my car, and probably having one put in my casket. I have migraine headaches, and maybe amazon somehow knew that. I get about two a week. I wouldn’t wish them on anyone. I get auras, excruciating pain, and frequently, nausea. I usually handle them by taking about 1600 mg of ibuprofen along with a Benadryl so that I can sleep it off. But I inevitably ended up getting a headache, and with my migraine headaches, I’ll take anything short of arsenic if it might help the pain. Sometimes arsenic seems more appealing than the headache, actually. So I gave this roller thing a shot, and I’m glad I did This product is amazing. So amazing that I had to buy a second tube and leave a review. I’ve never taken it alone (as in, not alongside medication), so I can’t give it 5 stars because I can’t imagine it would cure a migraine headache on its own. However, when I usually take my normal migraine medication, I have to spend about an hour more in agony waiting for it to kick in. This changed all that. I applied it behind my neck, to my temples, under my nose (do not recommend putting it under the nose if you have migraine headaches worsened by smells) then lay down in the tub with the shower on so the room got steamy. Instant relief. It felt like I’d put IcyHot to my temples, and I could feel what can only be described as my headache melting away. Then I had a comfortable, cool sensation on the areas applied. The smell is great too! It says it’s peppermint, spearmint, and lavender essential oils in a coconut oil, so be careful of any allergy issues. I also wonder if the smell may act as a natural insect repellent. I’m going to test that and update. The cooling sensation lasted after the headache was gone, which was actually refreshing during what I call the “migraine hangover”- the exhausted, drained feeling that you’re left with when the headache is leaving your body. It was nice, because the smell gave me more energy. Long story short: great product; probably better as a supplement to medication than a substitute for it.

I love the smell of this for my migraines. Doesn’t get rid of the migraine but makes it a bit more bearable to deal with, especially if you are experiencing nausea this soothes it

Look, I suffer from migraines — I've been diagnosed with Chronic Migraines from my personal neurologist and one of the best headache specialists on the West Coast in San Fran. This sorta works, but honestly, I bought 100% pure organic peppermint oil from Plant Therapy and it works 10x better. You can even get a roll-on peppermint oil stick from DoTerra if you wanted and that at least has a metal ball roller. This has a plastic roller and it simply doesn't work as well as just peppermint oil. You can tell it's diluted too heavily in the coconut oil to cut costs. I wanted to be hopeful for this, but it seems they made it cheaply and frankly, those of use suffering from migraines deserve more; we deserve better — especially if you're going to try to include "migraine" in the name. The combination of peppermint, spearmint, and lavender is a great idea, HOWEVER, diluting it so much in coconut oil makes it less effective because coconut oil doesn't do anything for migraines. I feel silly for having bought this, however I had no way of knowing how diluted it was because it doesn't say on the bottle. Next time, I won't even bother to be frank. 100% peppermint oil consistently did a better job after me trying this brand repeatedly — but like with anything consisting of peppermint oil, just make sure it isn't too close to your eyes. Even the fumes can give you a slight burning sensation if you're not used to it, so just be forewarned and cautious if you're making the switch and aren't used to it yet.

I get migraines almost daily and this little stick has been a lifesaver for years now. I make sure I never run out and have it on subscribe and save for a reason. I roll it on my temples, neck and shoulders and within minutes the pain is gone or significantly reduced. For something that has no side effects and fits in your bag it is incredibly effective. I honestly don’t know how I functioned before finding this. The scent is strong, peppermint forward and you will definitely notice it. Personally I love it but if you are sensitive to strong smells just be aware going in. My only wish is that the bottle was bigger. For how much I rely on it I go through them faster than I would like. That is truly my only complaint and it says a lot that the biggest downside is just wanting more of it. If you deal with frequent headaches or migraines this is worth every penny. It has been a part of my daily routine for years and that is not changing anytime soon.

Love this product! I get headaches/migraines often and this stuff is a life saver. I have an array of meds to help relieve the pain and when its not working this stuff makes everything bareable if not gets rid of the pain completely.

This migraine relief stick has been very helpful for me. It’s easy to apply, and it helps ease my migraine symptoms when I use it. I keep it with me whenever I need quick relief.
