Good backpack, but not best value for money at the current price of £50
This is a decent quality tactical backpack. This is probably too big for a day hike in that you probably don’t need to pack that much, but if you do, then you will have the space. You could probably get away with this as hand luggage on most airplanes if you are not filling it as you can always squash it down to make it look smaller. It won’t fit under a seat on a plane, so if you are with Ryanair you will likely need to pay to put it in the overhead. The pack is well made with strong stitching, smooth action zips, pull tight straps, padded where it meets shoulders and back and there are chest and waist straps to keep it tight against the body (less movement, less rubbing).I like that you can fully unzip the main compartment to fold flat. This let me place clothes flat and then fold the pack on top. I went on an overnight recently and my clothes were in pretty good shape when I arrived with the bag being thrown into a car and then a luggage rack on a busy train. There are an array of external pockets to keep documents and small electricals to hand without disturbing the main compartment. The outside has a soft vercro pad if you have hook fastening packs to stick to it. There are also planty of webbing loops if you have additional clip on molle type packs (not supplied). The pack feels pretty robust and I am sure it will give years of service. The current price is £50 which is a bit on the lower end of value for money. You can probably get a better deal for a similar pack, but pricing aside, it is a good piece of kit.

Great product
Really like this backpack! Stylish and very handy. This backpack feels well made and resistant. It has a great size and good carrying capacity. Its outside liner is water resistant and well stitched. In the outside there are two pockets with zip, a large and a smaller one. There is also plenty of compartments inside. The back panel and the straps are well padded, quite comfortable to use. This bag is lightweight, sturdy and long lasting, recommended!

Strong, durable and versatile
35L military style backpackMy husband always goes for these types of backpacks, as they're quite versatile in their usage, they last year's too, he still got a couple! This one is a fantastic design, it all looks strong, durable and well made. You can fit quite a bit inside the bag, as well as having straps on either side of the bag, you also have one on the base too, for additional blankets, sleeping bags etc, saving you more room inside. The bag has lots of molle straps all over the front panel, so you can attach lots of items on those, via carabiner clips etc. There is a velcro panel at the top, so you can attach a first aid kit, or badges and more. The bag opens up nice and wide. Within the bag, you have a good few large pockets, some are elasticated and one is a velcro close type. You also have a key attachment area too, making it easy to find them in such a large bag.The shoulder straps are nice and thick, you have additional straps to keep it on right and upright too, whilst you're wearing it. The back panel is also thick and comfortable, you don't feel anything digging in.I do think this is good quality. It's strong, durable and versatile, the straps and clips seem like they will last, however, even though they do seem strong, they are still plastic, so I do wonder if eventually they will give out! Other ones we've had are still going, so I've good hopes anyway. Other than that, I think it's great quality, a good design and I would recommend it.

Big with a lot of pockets and straps
The backpack is useful, roomy, very well compartmentalized (I really like the small pockets where I can slip different things without disturbing the big compartment). It is of good quality, it has been walked quite a lot and it still hasn't changed its condition and I filled it as much as I could. We travel a lot with babies and we need a lot of things, and the backpack helps us to have everything at hand all the time. It is comfortable even if it is long because you can hold it close to you without it moving and disturbing you. Very useful.

Like it but....
When I got this bag I was really excited. It looks and feels like the one I had when I was in the forces however it didn't take many uses for the zip cables to break and then sadly the zipper followed suite and came off in my hand. Lasted about a week if that

Good quality green tactical stylish backpack
I want a small tactical backpack with plenty of compartments and this product caught my attention. After reading a previous review about the flimsy and broken latch, I went to check all of mine. They are fine and the quality and grade of plastic used, seem to be as I expected. The back pack is 20L size and just what I want. At first look it looks messy with all the straps and buckles all over the place. Once I start filling it up with my camping stuff, it looks respectable and especially after adjusting the various straps to size. I like the tactical green colour fabric and it's durable and weather resistant. The zips are good and zip well, and the zip tags make things so much easier to pull. I could easily fit my mini mac book inside the large compartment, along with charge cable. There are generous pockets inside and outside of the backpack to store all sorts of gadgets, personal belongings etc... I choose the 20L version because of carrying less items when out trekking or camping. The extra compartment zip buckles help to make more secure and less stress on the zips, and reduce bursting. This is very good design. The backpack back section has a thin but sufficient padding for back comfort. The adjustable front shoulder straps also have comfortable pads which help the snuggly worn backpack feel great! A handy handle on the top for when I'm not wearing it.This backpack held all my essentials that I need when I'm walking. The straps work well and don't seem to slide loose. The backpack actually looks quite stylish and good value for money.

Large well built back pack
Large well built back pack, which I bought for police duty. One of the clasps has snapped already and unfortunately for me its the one I use the most. This seems to be the weak link in an otherwise decent pack, the poor plastic clasps.
