(No issues with product - just ahipping method) The mug is cute and sturdy which is good because the product managed to not break despite the bad packaging. The mug itself came in in a box that perfectly fit the mug which would have been fine except it was then in an amazon box twice the size with no padding inside to keep the mug from moving around in the box. It’s a great product, nothing against that, but whether it was the seller or Amazon who packed it poorly, I don’t know. Just hoping this review helps make some changes for future customers.
