Is there not a boy version of this toy?

Yes, 'Melissa & Doug' do have a Mickey Mouse version for the boys that don't want to play dress-up with Minnie Mouse. Unfortunately I haven't seen it on Amazon.

Are the pieces magnetic? How do the pieces stick together if not?

It fits down in a grooved area. Fits like puzzle pieces . It's not magnetic. I hope this helps.

No. It’s a traditional puzzle - pieces can be changed out to create multiple outfits.

Can my baby use this product a lot?

Not a baby - maybe for kids 18 months or older. Both my grandson and granddaughter love this puzzle and they are 2 and 4.
