I swapped to a homebrew pre-workout with plain caffeine (guarana) which is cheap by comparison. If you buy these, pay attention to package--for some reason it's cheaper to buy 3x1 bottles instead of a pack of 3. I didn't feel jittery, just alert...and I did have a little trouble sleeping the first night when I started taking them again. It seemed to last that long following a morning dose.

45 minutes before working out I take one. Or on days that are going to be crazy. Insane amount of energy. So much cheaper than powders and like the ingredients.

I first purchased these at Walmart. I use them for that 'occasional' use when I want some extra energy without that jittery feeling or pressure in the head. These are very clean and there's no crash. Great for long trips or if you're staying up late.
