5/5 I been struggling with rashes on my skin for a few years now. And this cream definitely works, my skin is soft and clear no more itching.

True review , Bought it December 18,2025 . I experienced my first seb derm flare at 15, I’m now 31 dealing with it much better than before . My issue this time around was treating the scaling and dryness after shampooing since I’ve been able to keep the buildup to a minimum with selenium sulfide shampoo or salicylic acid shampoo combined with a scalp scrubber. I was using aloe Vera for dryness but that kept the dry scaling at bay for only 1 day . I posted this review on my first day of using Royce derm, I’ve seen a major improvement with keeping the dry scaling away but also giving my natural pigment within one use since It spread around my scalp and hairline . First day I used it and it’s worth every dollar , quality is amazing and it works for real . I was definitely skeptical because seb derm is such a benign condition but I mean it when I say complete difference on the first day . I do advise using it 2 or 3 times for the first day , but again it’s my first day using it and I’m confident it’s going to work out. Edit December 22,2025 I’m pretty much back to normal skin again. I’m using Royce derm twice a day . Still keeping up with my shampoo regimen T/Gel or Selenium sulfide. EDIT JAN 28,2026 Complete remission , color pigment normal, flares reduced to none . Can feel normal healthy skin growth in use to be flare areas . It’s worth it

Giving it 4 starts because this is the first day I got it so I will comment an update in about a month! I got the shampoo, condition, and cream. The shampoo has a pepper-ish smell to it. It’s not bad. It brings a really nice, strong, cooling effect to your scalp. The conditioner smells nice, not like medication or anything. It made my hair very soft And the face cream is great. It also brings a really strong cooling effect when you apply it I can’t wait to see in a few weeks how well it works on my skin

They changed the active ingredient to salicylic acid from the 1st time i ordered it and now it Won't work for me bc salicylic acid irritates my skin but the sellers responded and offered a refund which I appreciate so changed review to 3 stars from 1 star. Wish I knew why they changed the formula.

I've dealt with psoriasis all over my scalp for many years with some patches of cracking but never as bad as during a recent stressful event. A large area (about 2" x 5") of my scalp cracked and began weeping. I have used topical steroids before and they did not work so, exasperated, I went to Amazon and found this available for next day delivery. It is every bit as great as everyone says it is and healed my scalp fully in less than a week. Here is how I used it: - Day 1: Apply a moderate amount over entire scalp and gently massage in for 5 minutes. Do not wash. - Day 2 - 4: Apply a moderate amount over just cracked area 1x per day. Do not wash. - Day 5: Wash with a medicated shampoo that will not dry out scalp. Discontinue use. Notes: - SMELL: It DOES smell very strong, somewhere between Vick's and Nyquil, or very herbal similar to some eastern medicinal creams. - SENSATION: It is very cold at first with intense tingling followed by intermittent, alternating heat and cold. After the first use, it is much less intense, probably by about 1/2. It never stung even when applied directly to the open skin. - TIME: It was fast acting relative to many treatments but not washing between applications was very important to allow the skin to repair before exfoliating. You're going to look rough for a few days but it will completely resolve the issue. - HEALING: By day 5, my scalp was only very faintly pink and slightly tender to touch. Before use, it was flaming red, open, stinging, and felt like a deep bruise when pressed. By day 7, my entire scalp was back to normal coloration with only a few flakes from where the cracks had been. - SHEDDING: I truly believe this cut through the inflammation of my scalp effectively. Typically, I lose A LOT of hair in the impacted areas of my scalp in the week of the flare up. I lost no more hair during washing or brushing than typical non-flare shedding with this cream though, which was amazing. In conclusion, it was a miracle for my scalp. Nothing, not even prescription steroid creams and treatments, has ever provided this kind of relief or healing so quickly and painlessly. No itch, no burn, virtually no new flakes after treatment. It tamed my entire scalp's flare. I can't speak to continuous use but as a rescue treatment for intermittent use, this get a 100/10 from me.

This has helped my face so much , the back of my ears first the very first time in years are sore free . Skin feels smoother and hydrated . Amazing product.

Doesn’t get rid of problem but definitely helps the irritation and redness if used once a day bit pricy but you don’t need much for it to work so should last a while

I was suffering the worst outbreak on my face I’ve ever had. Full hair line and temples. Then under my chin. For MONTHS-like half a year. Nizoral didn’t help this time around like it did before. I used this cream for 2 weeks and it’s nearly completely gone. Couldn’t believe it. I’m about 98% healed compared to where I was at. Even my own doctor mentioned out bad it was before. Very happy and will use this cream from now on.
