Very heavy duty. Installation is pretty easy if you have any basic knowledge at all and a few tools. When I first opened the box I thought they would be way too big but they actually fit exactly how they should. These are so strong and legit I think your bars would bend before you broke one of these. They are light weight and badass. Get them. I have them on a 2022 KLX 300-R with 31" bars.

I received 2 left mounting brackets in my delivery. A call to the company and a few days later-I had the correct mounts. Great company service. The aluminum guard is substantial and will be very protective on our dual-sport bikes. Still need to tweak the throttle side as the throttle is sticking somewhat. Every bike is different, and some tweaking is probably required for most applications. I like the styling of this guard - functional without being "futuristic" as some guards appear. The plastic brush guards will be easy to replace if they are ever broken. The plastic part is competitive in price with other brands. This was the best pricing for the guards and mounts of all the sites I checked!Update: Performed flawlessly in a bad back road down my husband took - no broken levers.

Needed some reshaping to get it to fit, and I felt the expanding pins needed some suport at the end of the handlebar's, So I machined a couple step spacers that sit in to the bars and capped the ends to keep mud and dirt out.Now after spending some time on the press reforming them they fit well, if they were about 3/4 inch longer would be good but they are fine as they are now. I removed the Decals, because I did not feel like giving them free advertising since I had to spend a good amount of time reshaping.They are very strong and I have no worries about them protecting my levers.

They take some doung to get fitted on a dz650 but will work,they do hold up in crashes

It looks great in the motorcycle.I've to retool the brace to fit the handlebar Honda CB500X. It gets wider near the clamp.Tested Cycra Handguard in other motorcycle. Totally trust.I will buy again for every motorcycle.

I bought these for my son's bike and ended up riding that bike on my next weekend trail ride. I hate to say that I'm jealous of his bark busters, but I am! These things spoil you. I didn't think I would like them as much as I do, but now I want to replace mine with these. I forget what mine are, but they are like the standard 80's/90's old school ones, and a good name brand, but they are not as nice as these! I had some very minor fit issues, but after looking online, that seems to be par for the course because the bar bends are all so different. Most guys tweak them to fit in a vise or a 2" receiver hitch. I was able to solve my problem by adding a 1/4 inch spacer between the clamp and the hand saver bar to achieve a good fit with no binding or flexing at the fasteners. The kit comes with different length screws and extra spacers for just such an emergency, but the spacers were quite long, too long for my application. I was able to find some perfect 1/4 inch spacers at the hardware store for cheap, so it was easier to buy them than to cut down the ones that came with the kit.

I was unsure that this would fit. I looked around pricing out handguards and these were the best reviewed. This was also the best price and came with all the parts. Easy to install, too.
