this grocery mash fits to chevy montana?

No idea, nothing to attach to in my Ford Escape

Will I have to drill a hole in my vehicle so that the hooks will stay in place?

no. make sure your vehicle has provisions for this cargo net. they hook up easily to the sides of the car with hooks. sometimes if the nets are bigger in size, just make provisions by doubling the ties on each end.

Will this fit in the trunk of a 2022 Honda Accord?

I bought it for my Ford Escape, nothing to attach it to. Returned it. It should work in your Honda, my wife has one in her Toyota Camry

Will this fit a 2011 toyota rav4?

Might, if you have something to hook it on to. Those adhesive things they give you are junk.
