I work corrections, and due to some hearing loss from my time in the military, I can't hear radio traffic from my hand mic when doors are opening/closing or when we are pushing carts through the halls, despite it being right next to my ear. I got this in order to better hear my radio when there is competing noises, and it does the job just fine! No more preventable walking over my coworkers due to my inability to hear my radio during the busy parts of my shift, or missing traffic directed towards me! My supervisor complemented me on the drastic improvement on my radio communications because of this cheap little guy! It does seem to have a slight lag on transmissions when I am near the repeater, so sometimes a short transmission like "10-4" comes across as just the sound of a radio being keyed, or I miss the first second of a longer transmission, but once I am away from the repeater on the other side of the jail this is not an issue. The earpiece itself is clear, and clarity is dependent on what radio I have it plugged into, so a crappy radio is staticky, but with good radio it works just fine. For the price, it gets a 5/5!

This earpiece is a very nice piece of tech for your 2-way radios! Very easy to use as it is just a plug-&-play earpiece. The sound quality is very good, and works amazingly. Very comfortable to wear, and a great value for your money! Very highly recommended!

I got this for my job, and it works great. Connects to my mic perfectly. My only issue is the actual earpiece that goes into the ear. I had to get a new attachment because the one that came with it hurt my ear after a while.

-Cost effective -Sounds Good -Not obtrusive -Longevity is terrible I will go through one of these in about 3 months of 12 hour shifts before I have to get a new one. The amplifier will begin to fail where you have to dramatically increase your radio volume to be able to hear. Usually, using an air duster will remedy the issue, but only for about a week until the moisture buildup in the acoustic tube simply destroys the amplifier. If these weren't so cheap, I'd have found another solution by now. It's cheap and it works, for a limited time.

My second time buying because I thought my first one broke so I think they deserve a review. I’ve had my first one for approximately 4 months. It has functioned flawlessly with very clear sound until recently. It was an easy fix. You simply have to detach the acoustic tube from the speaker and blow it out. It works perfectly fine now. I would advise to replace the earbud piece with something that allows you to hear your surroundings better. They sell them here on Amazon. I would highly recommend this product. It is an outstanding value. Just remember to blow the acoustic tube out from time to time and keep the earpiece clean.

This is missing parts (tube and earpieces) and the one that doesn’t have a brand sticker on it has a tube connected to it that appears to be old and used. Absolutely disgusting.

I started working security recently and so an earpiece is a must. I bought this one and have used it for the past month. It's pretty good I haven't had any problem with it, it works just as expected. Though I have sensitive ears and having the plastic part sit in my ear for hours is quiet uncomfortable. Also the part that goes around my ear often falls off. But these things happen with other earpieces too, I'm just saying. There are two clips on the earpiece. The one that connects the transparent part with the black cord is pretty big and when you clip it on the back of your shirt it scratches the back of your neck. You have to find the perfect position which can be pretty annoying.

La ricezione di questo auricolare è pessima, fastidioso anche a tenerlo nell'orecchio a causa del sibilo, poi non funzionava il microfono.

Wish they were eligible for Prime, but hubby says they fit much better than their standard issue ones at work and quality seems great.

Have used it once so still getting used to it, could do with something to hold it in position more securely (earpiece that is) some of my colleagues use sticking plaster to keep in position so they must experience the same difficulty.
