Surprisingly good.
I was expecting the usual poorly made rubbish but these are actually fantastic.I’m 6’ 2”, 36 waist, 34 leg, so I ordered the 36W 34L.I fully expected them to be too short (like Craghoppers “long” size) but they’re not. Sitting on my mountain bike, with knee fully bent, they cover my ankle. The bottom is a tad wide for cycling but easily sorted with a velcro strap. They’d fit well over walking boots, especially with the ankle zip.Waist is just a touch too big as it’s partly elasticated, meaning I need to wear a belt. Side pockets could be a little bigger (might be a squeeze getting a large phone in there) but they’re zipped so that’s a bonus. There’s a zipped pocket on the back too.Great stretchy material, like a sort of neoprene with a fixed soft fleece lining, and harder wearing outer material on the thighs.I stuck the trousers under a running tap and I’ve never seen a material as hydrophobic as this. How long it’ll last is another matter, and I have a feeling it won’t stop water coming though the rear when sat on a bicycle saddle.Very comfortable, and quiet when walking or moving about.Overall I’m very impressed.Oh, and they actually look pretty good too.

Quality seemed OK, but way too large
I have a 35" waist, so my dilemma is always do I try on a 36" or try to squeeze into a 34" waist? Having read other reviews, I went small. The 34" waist was way too big on me. The crotch hung down closer to my knees than anywhere else. Quality seemed OK though, so I have returned the 34" and will try again with the 32".If I fit into a 32", that'll be a first for many a year :)

30" leg is 33"
Great trousers but sizes are a bit off.Waiste size is spot on but leg length is about 3" to long and no zippers at the bottom. Will see what my seamstress can do.

Warm enough to summit Kilimanjaro
Sumitted Kilimanjaro with these - just 1 set of thermals under. Intendly cold and windy (around -20 to -25 with windchill). These beauts kept my legs warm - really recommend.

Too big!
I ordered size 34/32, but they are more like a 36/36. However they do seem quite well made. I will pass them on to a work colleague and he can let me know how they shape up!

Comfortable and warm, great trekking pants
Bought these for walking in the hills during a cold British winter, and I’m very impressed. Comfortable and warm, showerproof and of good quality.

Buy size smaller. Elastic waist.
Fantastic. Solid seams, hard wearing and a comfortable fleece lining.I've worn these now a few times and the quality is very good indeed.I would recommend to get a size smaller, I bought a 32 waist and I need a belt to hold them up, so next pair I order will be a sixe less. All in all a good pair of pants and a reasonable price.
