Needed something as my shoes were slightly sloppy when I walked! After looking at different heel cushions I decided on these. Glad I did! They stuck to the back of my shoes well. They are really cushioned and so comfortable. Solved the problem and made the heel area so cushioned.

Bought this to resize my shoes and used it to fix a broken heel. Very good! Sticks very well to the shoe and last quite a while. I wore these often after i put the insert and it's been more than 6 months. The sticker is still on. Feels very comfortable and has reduced my shoe size by at least half a size. Also prevents blisters as a bonus! These look thicker in the picture but they are not thin at all.

Terrible habit of kicking shoes on and breaking heels so they become very uncomfortable. Heels ripped at the back. Had two pair of walking trainers with lots of life left that I couldn’t wear. Bought these. They fixed the issue. Am about forty miles in without an issue. Even went to two gigs in them. Really recommended

They do the job, but the adhesiveness is somewhat questionable. I had to resort to glueing one into my right boot as it stuck to my sock when I took my boots off. Then again, with that boot I stuck it on the back a bit off centre and reapplied it, which probably didn't help.

So I recently tried out a heel grip cushion for my shoes and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. I've always struggled with shoes slipping off my feet and it's been a major annoyance for me, but since I started using this cushion, I've noticed a big difference. The cushion is made of soft, flexible material that easily fits into my shoes and provides a comfortable grip for my feet. I love that it's not bulky or noticeable when I'm wearing my shoes, and it's also really easy to install. Best things about this cushion is that it really works. My shoes no longer slip off my feet and I can walk around without having to constantly adjust them. It's made a huge difference in my comfort level and I'm so happy I tried it out. Overall, I would definitely recommend, it's affordable, easy to use, and most importantly, it really works.

These have unfortunately destroyed my shoes. The stickiness at the base of the heel padding has pulled off the sole lining of the shoe along with the designer name. The fabric is also slippery so your heel slides in and out of the shoe unlike a gel heel liner which offers some hold. So doesn’t work with the heels.
