My mom got me this pan for Christmas, and it is fantastic! I am an experienced home cook and have an entire set of All-Clad pots and pans, but I would say that you can cook practically anything on this pan and achieve beautiful, delicious results. Meat turns out beautifully browned, veggies look vibrant when sauted, and fish comes out with a light crispy outer and tender interior. I didn't know what to expect with this pan, but it has exceeded my expectations. Very high quality construction that should last for a long time.

PLE 6 Layer Diamond Non-Stick Coating Twin Pan Pressure Cookware, Korea The thing I like most of this twin pan is seamless, it significantly reduced kitchen smoke when I was grilling meat by this pan. There is a magnet on the handle, so the two pans can be locked together tightly.I can use either side to grill, furthermore, I can flip it over during cooking.I use it for grilling ribs, slices of pork, half of a checken and it works well for baking bread as well.

Used for grilling fish, burgers, and vegetables. I am the world’s worst cook. This pan enables me to grill on a moderately high flame with no mess and great results. I briefly open the pan to flip the food halfway through cooking. Although the pan is non stick, it takes me a bit longer to clean the pan because it is double sided and a bit awkward to manipulate in the sink.

This flip pan is the best thing ever . Don’t have to fry food just put in the flip pan food will come out very good I mostly use for fish. I recommend this pan to anybody enjoy cooking.
