The box arrived damaged and the top open. Should possibly have been put in a proper shipping box for better protection. Luckily all the bits were there and undamaged.Anyway, all as expected. Easy to put together - if you've ever put one together in the past then it'll be a two minute job. The only bad point is the legs - they're hollow plastic and lack weight, making the assembled fan feel a bit top heavy but you'd have to give it a good shove to push it over so I'm sure it'll be fine. But metal legs or at least some ballast for extra stability would have improved this.If you have NOT put one together before, be aware that the fan blade slides fully onto the spindle in one orientation only. There is a flat side on the spindle and on the fan blade so make sure they match up. Also the retaining nut for the blades screws on counter-clockwise to ensure it doesn't work loose during fan rotation. Those two potential gotchas aside, you won't find it difficult to assemble (unless you're daft).Three speed controls, 90 degree oscillation, chucks a good breeze out even on setting 1, and quiet enough to still be able to hear the TV. Good!

Bought as branded product rather than spending a couple of bob less to buy something with up and down reviews. Quiet and reasonably powerful.Easy to assemble and works well. Only negative is the feet assembly which is the least durable part of this kit. Otherwise would have had 5 stars all roundUPDATE after 24 monthsStill working as if new. My concerns over the plastic base have proved to be unwarranted, still on one piece and better than I’d thought they would be.So overall I’m happy to give this product its 5 star rating

Fan provides a decent breeze to cool you down, it's not too loud and is fairly easy to put together.One thing to note is that there is a very small nut and bolt (just around half a cm) which they had just chucked into the box loose, rather than put in a little bag or tape a bigger component, which meant it would have been very easy to lose it. I only found it by moving the box around and I heard something rattling around inside...

ABIT FLIMSY AND COULD DO WITH MORE STURDY CONSTRUCTION,IVE HAD TO PUT A LARGE HEAVY VASE IN FRONT OF MINE SO IT DOESNT FALL OVER,AS TOP HEAVY AND NOT ENOUGH HOLDING IT TOGETHER TO TRUST IT.....

The quality is cheap as you would expect from this price point. Plastic is very flimsy and on one of the two we ordered the base was already snapped before we opened the box. Once put together there’s no hole to tighten up the unit to the pole so the fan rattles a lot, you can kind of put up with it but would not recommend if you want a fan to cool you at night whilst drifting off. Super cheap but not cheerful unfortunately. Spend a little more and get a better quality fan.

The fan works well and the assembly was easy enough. Just takes a little while but it's probably because it was my first time actually putting a fan together. Instructions were not perfectly clear but I got it eventually. Lowest power is more than enough for me during the warmer days I need a fan so I'm sure the other 2 power settings will suffice however I can't properly vouch for it because there hasn't been a day hot enough since I bought it.

I liked the floor stand which was easy to set up. Not that powerful and a bit noisy but OK for the price.

We needed a cheap fan for the attic and this one does the job. Looks good but does not come with a remote control. Easy to set up and is decent quality for the price. Dont expect miracles but expect value for money
