My reviews on Amazon tend to be very matter-of-fact, and I try to address the issues that other people complain about. But for this product, that won't be the case - this is, simply put, a MUST buy for anyone with a pressure washer. I finally was able to get my gas power washer that was purchased about a month ago working, and I figured out the quirks - like when its' built up enough pressure, what sounds are normal/abnormal, and how to get it starting up without an issue each time. Once I overcame these issues, I set out to clean my driveway and sidewalk which were last professionally power washed last year, and I am VERY glad I bought this - it cut down the time probably more than half compared to using a nozzle alone. Assembly was super simple - connect BOTH of the wands provided to extend the length, then connect it to the quick-connect end of your pressure washer wand/gun. If you have a longer pressure washer wand/gun, you might be able to get away with just using 1 of the provided wands. The other parts provided are well-packaged in blister packaging, making it easy to keep them together. Operation was dead simple - turn on the pressure washer & water, squeeze the trigger, and let 'er rip. I was absolutely amazed by how much area I was able to cover and just HOW much dirt came up. This is my first time ever pressure washing, and now I'm hooked. I did have a few scary moments where the pressure, combined with a not-perfectly-flat angle caused the surface cleaner to flip, but luckily I was able to stop pulling the trigger so the jets didn't spray me or anyone nearby. This happened when trying to wash the edge of the driveway where it dips into the street, so just be careful with any type of sloped/curved surface, and stick to only flat surfaces to be on the safe side. It comes with multiple 0 degree tips, but I didn't end up using any of them. I did go back over a few areas with a 15 degree tip and used the wide-spray tip to help wash down the dirt that kept backwashing, but that was likely due to it being my first time power washing and not being as efficient as I could be. Now that I've bought the right tool for the job, I plan to do at least a bi-annual cleaning to help keep everything looking clean. I'm not concerned this will damage the concrete as long as you keep it moving, and I found making overlapping passes to be the best strategy for covering the most area in the least time. I'll buy this, or a larger one, again in case this one is ever non functional. Storage for me won't be an issue as I plan to 3D print a mounting bracket to hang it up flat against my garage wall.

Works very well!! The areas I power-washed had a lot of moss build up due to years of negligence, this cleaner held up pretty nice for hours of working and scrubbing over thick muddy/moss covered spots. It saved me a lot of time and my back/arms if I had done the cleaning with just a regular power washer nozzle. The tool is well made and worth the money. I highly recommend it.

Do a wonderful job with our project. Cleaning concrete sidewalks. Small but powerful, light weight and easy to used. Compatible with 2 different power wash and accomplish the same. No Leakage.

The addition of 4 wheels is a game-changer, providing excellent maneuverability and making it easier to push around on different surfaces. The only minor downside is that it might be a bit bulky to store, but the performance and convenience it offers more than make up for it. I had a cheap plastic surface cleaner I used with my cheap ($60 clearance at the orange store 15 years ago) low powered (1750 PSI) electric pressure washer, and it worked. Not great, but OK for light cleaning. So, when I bought a new gas pressure washer (3400 PSI), I knew I needed a new surface cleaner. This Janz is amazing. All stainless steel and ball bearings. Heavy, very well made, and also comes with replacement wear parts (surface spray nozzles), and a few additional spray nozzles. This cleaner just works. An amazing time saver over just spraying with nozzles or a rotating "turbo" nozzle. The only thing I would different is to consider a slightly larger cleaner.

Overall construction is well built. The wheels are high quality and swivel very smoothly. The product does come with replacement jets and other parts. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. It came with instructions but they were not needed. You will need a 1/2 wrench to tigten the pressure hose to the base. I was using a 3400psi pressure washer on a very soiled driveway without any cleaner and the product did a nice job . I had to work slower on the heavy soiled areas and passed over the same path several times but it was still much easier and faster than using a wand. Please be sure you need a cleaner this large it does take some room to store due to its size.

This tool is a real game changer!! I was incredibly overwhelmed by it's effectiveness and how easy it made the job of power washing our patios. A fantastic addition to my tool supply!!!

This will work great even on a smaller 3200-3400psi/ 2.3gpm+ presure washer. I was suprized as ive not found a smaller 13-16" that will work even HALF as well on a smaller unit like my honda/triplex pump. Let me tell you. I had planned to bring out my big p-washer. But this 17" not only is easy on your concrete finish. Your back, arms, and wrists. i dont necessarily NEEED the bigger 4gpm unless i wanted more presure that comes with that added flow at the expense of blasting more sand out the surface. This 17" head packs a punch guys! will say this head outflows the smaller unit, so you loose a little presure but it will keep up, soft enough to not go etch crazy, and you can go faster than the non wheeled versions that are closer tonthe ground and while im on that topic! I think the narrow width of these Jets allows them to be further from the concrete, at nearly 1/2" more than the. Non wheeled plastic versions ADDING to how well it does ITS LEDD LIKELY TO HIT ROCKS AND CORNERS , and this distance adds to its ability to blend leaving far less chances of leaving marks etc. It genuinely great so far. For this reason and many other great reasons, i will say his is your top contender for smaller p-washers and the only one you should try at this size for smaller presure washers. DO NOT TRY any size surface cleaner WITH AN ELECTRIC WASHER. YOU'LL NEED 2 OF THOSE to even get any of these spinning let alone to clean anything might need 4 haha. With all that said. If you used this on a bigger presure washer it will ne a beast at higher rpm, crazy good action. And its a great (practical) size for most everyone looking for one. Dont get caught in the idea bigger is better, in this case I give you why this one is BEST. With a bonus-> paying attention to flow if used on a 4gpm unit i always kick it down to lower rpms / Just above idle/half throttle, not only will your pump and engine last longer (for the same amount of work done) you NEVER need it ramped up so high on a 4gpm setup unless you got an oil spot sludge biuld up etc. So the process is quieter and less angry, Hope this helps...

Makes the job easier and quicker. Arrived within delivery date (via USA) and a good price compared to others. It does feel a little fragile on top connector but no issues with the performance. Nice number of accessories which is a help and added bonus. Great finish and has been noticed by customers, however this is based on machine used and water pressure. I use a petrol machine that has a good psi, but on one job the patio didn't seem to clean as well as a previous job (customer still happy with finish) my eye for detail. This was down to customers water pressure and not the product. Would recommend

Product is well made and works as described. The pressure washer is much faster than just using the power washer wand. I have a gas pressure washer and don't think this product would be as effective with an electric pressurfe washer.

Excellent quality a must for cleaning patios and drives with petrol power washer. Cut time to do my drive with a karcher in half and better results. Also easier to move about making easier on back
