Rinehart Woodland Boar 3D Target

Pass for a better target unless you are an expert archer and never miss the core
What a great target at a great price due to the Amazon Warehouse deal I was lucky enough to catch. It will be fun to shoot this for some R&R.I finally got to shoot this today, and admittedly my shots were off. They missed the core and the arrows were so difficult to remove that I had to resort to cutting them out. Now my new target has holes in it. The arrows were so tight that I could not even budge them while trying to remove them...and I'm not a small man.I love Rinehart but I wasted my money on this target, which truly bothers me.Update:Noticed one of my new arrows broken today. I have not shot since the incident above, so one of the arrows that I dug out was broken, cracked, upon impact with the boar. Very disappointing. Will not use the boar again, going back to my GlenDel buck, sadly.

Lube your carbon arrows or you’ll struggle to remove them!!
Product arrived promptly and one box out of two was damaged, but piggy was fine. Set them both up in the backyard and made sure I lubed the first 6” of each of my carbon target arrows, not broad heads, before shooting. I used armor all tire juice. Targets are set at 18, 25, and 33 yards. Even with deep penetration I can easily pull the arrows with bare hands. I have one other Boar target from a different manufacturer and didn’t use lube initially and had a real difficult time getting arrows out. I spray the armor all on and wipe it off thoroughly. Been able to shoot several rounds without having to respray. These are really solid, great targets, love em!

Best for the money
Good product for the price. Be aware it is made of 2 different foams. The core/vitals is the ronehart foam that pulls well and last a long time. The rest of the body is a lower quality foam that does not heal as well and is much more difficult to pull. This is the trade off for a target at this price range. I’ve been shooting mine pretty heavily for about 3 months and it’s holding up. Overall you won’t find a better 3D target at this price point.

Durable
I was worried when I got the box because it was smashed up bad but the target was well intact.Set up was easy and doesn’t fall over.First 10 shots and it seems to be very durable and heals up well. I give it a 4 star due to arrow removal is very difficult even using an arrow puller. I emailed company and they recommend woodys oil lube which I ordered and I’m waiting on it now. Bow is 72 pounds Halon 30 inch draw and it penetrates target about 7 inches. For price I think it’s hard to beat and I think it will last a while.

High quality
Thank goodness I finally found a 3D target that isn't crappy quality! After paying $100 for a deer that has legs that barely stay on I was relieved. First off, no assembly required. Secondly this thing is solid. It is heavy, thick, and the nicest quality 3D animal I have seen so far. It is very rubbery and looks great. Arrows come out well and the damage isn't excessive when it's hit. A+

Quality Target
Great target. Self healing, stops my arrows and they are easily removed. As others have noted, if you miss the insert the arrows are more difficult to remove, unless you have a good puller. I highly recommend the Double D magnum grip arrow puller for situations like that.

you are fine. It would be better if the entire boar ...
It's worth the money. However, if you miss the target area, the arrows are hard to pull out from the rest of the boar. If you hit the target area, you are fine. It would be better if the entire boar were made of the softer material as in the target area. In general, it'll last long and is worth the money.

Worth the money over the cheaper targets!
Super good quality archery target. All is made of same material, so no worries of bad shots and busting plastic legs off! Arrows are easy to remove. Easy enough that arrow lube isn't required. It really holds up and self heals. I haven't shot it with a broad head yet, but that is not the real reason I bought it. I tend to shoot better at a lifelike target versus a block. I'll probably end up buying the buck of this line later on.
