I had used two other Ideal Infusion formulas so this was the third. All are complementary of each other. What I observed after taking the Qi Tonic for about 45 days has been more restful, longer sleep. I had fallen into a routine of 6hrs no more or less but after this began to work my sleep routine is now 8 hrs o the dot. I've noticed less feeling "big" in the mid-section. Minimal weight loss but better overall feeling. Surprisingly, indigestion has been less frequent and the beginnings of acid reflux have subsided since taking the Qi tonic. Overall inflammation has improved but I do not know how much to attribute to this formula as I take other inflammation support like Turmeric and Quercetin. I can't compliment the company enough for putting such a well thought out balanced supplement together containing things that you don't find anywhere in a similar formula. Between the three formulas I take from Ideal Infusion, AndroShield, PrimalShield and this Qi Tonic, I have eliminated a number of individual supplements and saved money because of the reasonable pricing of these formulas. Great work Ideal Infusion!

Good product help You sleep

This stuff has been a miracle for me! I suffer from extreme anxiety, panic attacks and ptsd. I had my last major panic attack December 25th, 2020. Right after, I started taking these. It took about 6 weeks to really notice a difference. All the sudden I realized I hadn't had any panic attacks and my every day anxiety was down to a minimum... something I haven't had relief from in about 15 years. I've tried prescription meds and they all made me so sleepy I could barely function. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 kids, I can't be sleepy all day! No negative side effects for me. I have more energy, I can fall asleep within minutes, where as I used to lay for hours and worst-case scenario EVERYTHING!!! I enjoy playing with my kids, I've even started walking on my treadmill every day because I actually have energy and motivation!! I NEVER leave reviews, but this stuff is worthy of one! The ONLY negative is the taste lol it's gross but doesn't last long and totally tolerable!! Do yourself a favor and ORDER IT! Be sure to give it time to work before you judge it.

I've always been in great shape & very health-conscious, but once I turned 61 and spent a year in pandemic lockdowns, uncertainty, and upheaval I found myself feeling sluggish & foggy during the day, wasn't sleeping right, and just felt like I was generally off my game - in the gym & in life. I did some research & found everything about this product was spot on with the latest research & of great quality & so I made the purchase & started taking it as part of an overall program to get back to where I used to be. After using this supplement for about 4 to 6 weeks I definitely started to notice improvements. I feel like this product along with some other Ideal Infusion products (Primal Shield Testosterone Booster & Primal Sheild Aromatase {Estrogen} Inhibitor) has definitely helped my sleep & focus and get me back on my game - and feeling that good edge again! I've now ordered a second bottle feeling very encouraged to continue the progress.

Definitely works. Take one in the morning calming but feel focused and one at night and I mellow out nice . Great product

Appeared to do what it claims. During the 10-week course (the bottle comes with ~6.5 week supply, but I skipped the odd day here and there), 1. I found myself more focused. I’d begun a new project/direction in my life a few months before I started taking this, and Qi Boost seems to have improved my focus and general excitement about what I was working on, allowing me to make more effective use of my time; overall a very welcome improvement in my work habit. 2. I did not get sick once. Not that I get sick very often, but thought this was worth noting; also, I have two living fomites (young children) running around my house, who did each get sick at least once while I was taking this. So that’s my anecdotal evidence. If you’re considering Qi Boost, I’d say the potential upside is worth trying it out. But unlike me, I'd suggest taking it every day to maximize the effects.
