Best value I've seen anywhere.
Positive:This is my second skyloong keyboard. The first one cost me $100 and was a bare-bones version of this one with no foam, silicon, or "gasket mounting". For $80 with a 10% discount this keyboard gives you all of those sound dampening layers as well as great quality switches (I got gateron yellows) and a set of custom keycaps that are better than stock thin ones that come on most cheap boards. Right out of the box this keyboard feels and sounds better than competitors that might cost around the $150 mark.Negative:The stabilizers come pre-lubed, but like all factory jobs, its not great. Also the lube they used somehow dried out, so it was a little bit crusty. I just removed it all and redid the lube myself. If you are thinking about doing that just know that because of the silicon pad you cant remove the spacebar stabs without taking apart the plate from the pcb, which means you have to remove all of the switches before taking it all apart.Final thoughts:Sturdy plastic housing with no ugly logo, good custom sound dampening, the gasket lite is gimmicky but for this price you can look past it. Keycaps are ok and they give you extra to simplify the look. Hot swap socket with gateron switches plus extras in case you want a tactile bump on the stabilizer keys or have a failure/bent pin. You're getting a really solid board in the rare 96% form factor.

Very good value - missing key strokes
Update: this board misses keystrokes fairly often. Throughout the day at work, I have seemingly random keystrokes dropped. I press the key but it does not type. It's not frequent, but it is enough to be bothersome. I will be moving on to another board for work.Out of the box, this board is a really nice value. The switches are pre-lubed, which is great for beginners who do not want to do it themselves, although not as good as manual lubing. The stabilizers kind of suck but they are also pre-lubed (sort of) and are still better than most name brands. This board sounds great, all things considered. It is not amazing, but it does not have any noticeably bad areas, like some full metal boards do. There is no inherent ping, but it is still more of a dull sound profile than "thocky."The G Pro yellow switches I got are a bit too easy to accidentally actuate. I swapped them for Box Deep Sea switches and I am much happier with them. The included keycaps are great and have a good texture. They do not feel sticky, like some other caps do, depending on the coating they have. The default RGB setting is reactive typing lighting, rather than full on RGB, which plays well with the keycap scheme. This board is phenomenal for the price point and it gets most things right. It's not an end-game enthusiast board, but it is a superb value and it is a lot better than some $200 boards. I would take this over something like the Drop CTRL any day.

BEWARE -= Wrong product sent =-
Amazon sends out optical brown switches in place og gateron yellow mechanicals. BE WARE as pickers are just scanning slot barcodes and if the product is lazily stocked and not verified you can get the wrong product as these only differ in the sticker on the package. Amazon pickers do not verify or check the product outside of the barcode. So verify your purchase and what is in the box! Mechanical is 80usd undesirable optical board is 50usd.These boards are nice if you are sent the RIGHT one. Space bars are a bit noisy but some silicone lube on the wire will silence it up. I have some older units sold through epomaker and a few other names. It isnt a 300usd custom but it slides into the daily use and abuse board and great to replace a work provided board (often a nasty chicklet rubber dome from Dell) Cheap enough to not hurt so much if the night crew steals it.BOARD contains extra caps for windows, as well as a pink alt (blue installed) and all gray caps in the box as well as a white spacebar to keep you from ruining the dyesub novalty spacebar. They are a rairly rough texture that will over time smooth out even if they are PBT (most of my pbt sets polish up over time, just slower than abs) Also to note the colored key caps appear to be colored plastic and not dyesubed with a white plastic underneath. There is also a non "stepped" gray esc key as well. Also included are a set of meh keycap puller and sqitch puller. I suggest you go and get a proper wire puller and a socket removal tool or proper switch puller over the ones included.

Great for beginners
Awesome keyboard for beginner hobbyists. Just make sure you get the right product, occasionally they send optical switches which takes a lot of value away from this board.

Great mechanical keyboard - UPDATE with issues
This mechanical keyboard gives a great sound and feel. The gateron yellows feel amazing. I can't speak for longevity (just unboxed today) but will update if I run into any issues.UPDATE: Unfortunately I get get a missed key every so often. The responsiveness of the keyboard is not as good as other gaming keyboards. I had to go back to my Asus Strix Scope RX as the responsiveness in-game was night and day. I tried to give the Skyloong as much opportunity as possible since I love the way the keyboard feels and sounds. I tried the USB C cable they provide as well as other ones that I have. I connected directly to the USB ports of the PC to avoid potential latency issues. I also tried different USB ports as well. No luck.TLDR; If you don't game on it (and don't mind a typo every so often) this is still a good keyboard. If you want every key to register and do a decent amount of gaming, then this (unfortunately) isn't the keyboard for you.
