Economical price and a great product for constructing garlic bread or used in a marinate for steaks/pork ect....Just whisk into heated Irish non-salted butter and use silicone baster to apply to a split ciabatta roll and LIGHTLY sprinkle with Lawry's Garlic Salt. Slide then into the toaster oven and broil to light brown, remove immediately/serve.

In a pinch if you don't have fresh garlic on hand this is a great substitute! No peeling, mincing or worries over dried out fresh garlic! Alessi Garlic Puree is actually easier to use then fresh garlic and keeps well after opening in the refrigerator. It's spreadable for garlic toast, and easy to add to stews, pasta dishes and any dish that calls for garlic, whether you need a hint or a lot of garlic. Its great to have in your pantry. I plan to buy more as I love garlic and Im always running out!

We were very pleased to receive these two jars of Garlic Puree at a very good price. Excellent quality and taste, will be great for our kitchen use.

One bottle of the two pack leaked, both got dented on the lids. Not returnable Amazon advises. Buyer beware.

Product arrived undamaged and the glass is really thick so I’m not worried about it breaking if I accidentally drop it. It’s hard to find this in stores so I’m glad it comes in a two pack. The garlic puree is as expected and works well with some of the recipes I use.

I love the product but when I received it both jars have turned brown. I went to return it and it isn’t eligible for return. Will not buy again from this company.
